It provides a nice view and the rooms are comfortable with a modern design. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The hotel also offers QR codes for everything, providing a touch of modernity and convenience.
The bathroom had inadequate lighting, which made it difficult to get ready in the mornings.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, with accommodating staff who went out of their way to fulfill my every need. the luxurious amenities in the room left me feeling pampered and comfortable, while the restaurant offered a delicious and varied menu. the private facilities were also a highlight, providing exclusive access to a range of services.
While the restaurant offered an enticing menu, it would have been nice to have more breakfast choices available who preferred to dine in their room.

The hotel was faultless, with a comfy bed and a stunning bathroom. The location was close to everything in the CBD, but away from noise and crowds. The staff provided fantastic hospitality and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel we stayed at was so luxurious and fulfilled all of our exclusive amenities needs. the reception staff were so professional and gave us a warm welcome. We were impressed by the lovely concierge staff who helped guide us when we first arrived. the room was exceptionally clean with a Dyson hairdryer and had some exclusive facilities that made us feel pampered. the bed was extremely comfortable, which made falling asleep a breeze.
We experienced a minor issue during breakfast. Although we were served after several other people who came in after us, the waitress got our order slightly wrong.

Great location, close to CBD and within walking distance to other neighborhoods. Room was clean and modern with comfortable bed and nice view. Staff was polite, professional, and helpful.
Limited facilities accessible to guests, with some areas requiring additional fees. Room size was small and bathroom design was inadequate, with poor lighting.

Our stay at Next Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped. The comfortable beds, desk chair, and armchair made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the easy-to-use climate control touchscreen and the convenience of USB wall sockets and powerpoints. The complementary coffee pod machine and tea were a nice touch, and the free WiFi was a plus. The QR Codes made ordering room service and checking out a breeze. The polite and professional staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, and the hotel was a bit away from the city center. However, there were still plenty of amenities and activities nearby.

Every staff member went above and beyond. Comfy room, good facilities, quiet. Smooth check-in, wine and chocolate for birthday. Incredible location, close to transport, entertainment. Easy communication with staff. Excited to stay again.
