The hotel also offers QR codes for everything, providing a touch of modernity and convenience.

The bathroom had inadequate lighting, which made it difficult to get ready in the mornings.

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making my stay memorable. The hotel had exceptional facilities with beautiful decor and a warm atmosphere. The Australian flowers in the lobby were a gorgeous touch. The central location in Melbourne was superb.

While the restaurant offered an enticing menu, it would have been nice to have more breakfast choices available who preferred to dine in their room.

The hotel was faultless, with a comfy bed and a fine bathroom. The location was close to everything in the CBD, but away from noise and crowds. The staff provided fantastic hospitality and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel we stayed at was so luxurious and fulfilled all of our exclusive amenities needs. the reception staff were so professional and gave us a warm welcome. We were impressed by the lovely concierge staff who helped guide us when we first arrived. the room was exceptionally clean with a Dyson hairdryer and had some exclusive facilities that made us feel pampered. the bed was extremely comfortable, which made falling asleep a breeze.

We experienced a minor issue during breakfast. Although we were served after several other people who came in after us, the waitress got our order slightly wrong.

Amazing hospitality, excellent concierge, super clean room, nice stay, upscale and modern interior, provided umbrella and luggage scale.

The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped. The comfortable beds, desk chair, and armchair made our stay more fun. We loved the easy-to-use climate control touchscreen and the convenience of USB wall sockets and powerpoints. The complementary coffee pod machine and tea were a nice touch, and the free WiFi was a plus. The QR Codes made ordering room service and checking out easy.

The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, and the hotel was a bit away from the city center. there were still plenty of amenities and activities nearby.

Every staff member went above and beyond. Comfy room, good facilities, quiet. Smooth check-in, wine and chocolate for birthday. Incredible location, close to transport, entertainment.
